If your order does not arrive by the scheduled delivery date, or you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you are eligible for a full refund. In the unlikely event of a delivery delay, Raha - Comfort provides compensation of 10% of your purchase value, in line with our supplier agreements.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, or does not match the description, you qualify for a free local return. Simply contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery to start the process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund promptly to your original payment method.
